Applications are invited from qualified candidates for

in Kerala Government Service. Before applying for the post

The above vacancy is
now in existence. The Ranked list of selected candidates published by
the Commission in response to this notification shall remain
in force for a minimum period of one year
provided that the said list will continue to be in force
till the publication of a new list after the expiry of
the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three
years whichever is earlier. Candidates will
be advised from the said list against the vacancy noted
above and that may be reported to the
Commission in writing during the period of the currency of
the list.
5 Method of appointment : By Transfer (From qualified staff
in Ministerial
Subordinate Service of the Kerala Vocational Higher
Secondary Education Dept.)
6 Age limit : Candidates must have completed 18 (Eighteen)
years as
on 01.01.2017. Upper age limit is not applicable for by
transfer category.
7 Qualifications :
1. Three year Diploma in Automobile Engineering from the
Board of Technical
Examination, Kerala or an equivalent qualification.
2. In the absence of the above, three year Diploma in
Mechanical Engineering from
the Board of Technical Examinations, Kerala or an equivalent
qualification.
Note:- 1) All the
educational qualifications for teaching posts should be one acquired after a
regular course of study from a recognized University in
Kerala or recognized as
equivalent thereto by any one of the Universities in Kerala.
2)If sufficient number of candidates are not available from
the ministerial Staff of the
department for by transfer appointment the vacancies
reserved for them will also be
filled up from open market (Direct Recruitment)
(GO(P)No.81/2004/Gl.Edn. dated
12.03.2004).
3)The rules regarding reservation of appointment
contemplated in the articles 14 to 17
of Part II of the Kerala State and subordinate Service
Rules, 1958 are not applicable to
appointment under by transfer method.
4)The applicant should be a regular ministerial staff of the
Kerala Vocational Higher
Secondary Education Subordinate Service. They should obtain
a certificate from the
Head of Office showing their service particulars in the form
given as Annexure to this
notification and produce the same as and when required by
the Commission.
5)Persons appointed through employment exchange or otherwise
and working in
temporary /provisional basis are not eligible to apply for
the post in response to this
notification.
6)Every person appointed to the post shall from the date on
which he/she joins duty be
on probation for a total period of two years on duty within
a continuous period of
three years.
7)For appointment under By Transfer method the qualified
person in the Ministerial
Staff in the Subordinate Service of the Department shall
pass an eligibility test
conducted by Kerala Public Service Commission

8. Mode of submitting applications :-
Candidates must register as per 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION' with
the Official
Website of Kerala Public Service Commission
www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the
post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on
to their profile using their UserID
and password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now'
button of the respective posts in
the Notification Link to applying for a post. The photograph
uploaded should be one taken
after 31.12.2010. Name of the candidate and the date of
taking photograph should be printed at
the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all
requirements shall be valid for
10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in
other instructions regarding the
uploading of photographs. No application fee is required.
Candidates shall take a printout of
the application by clicking the link Registration card in
their profile. Candidates are
responsible for the correctness of the personal information
and secrecy of password. Before the
final submission of the application on the profile candidates
must ensure correctness of the
information on their profile. They must quote the User-ID
for further communication with the
Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot
be deleted or altered after
submission. The application will be summarily rejected if
non-compliance with the notification
is found in due course of processing. Documents to prove
qualification, experience,
community, age etc. have to be produced as and when called
for.
9. If a Written/OMR/Online Test is conducted as part of this
selection, Admission Ticket for
eligible candidates will be made available in their Profile
for One Time Registeration and the
date of downloading will be included in the Examination
Calendar. Candidates can download
Admission Ticket for 15 days from this date. Candidates who
have downloaded the
Admission Ticket will alone be permitted to attend the
examination.
10. Last date for
